This is a 1972 holiday greeting card with the photo of Tom Pedi.  Tom has been a character actor for more than 50 years and is best known for his role in "The Iceman Cometh" and as Julius on the TV show Arnie.  The card and envelope is intact but the stamp has been cut out (obviously a stamp collector, too).  Condition of this card is excellent. This piece is part of an extensive collection from mother, daughter & son who gathered many photos, letters, etc. over a period of 2-3 decades.
