Please Read All Info Before Buying

This listing includes 1 edible frosting sheet for your cakes or other confections.  This is printed on an icing sheet with food coloring.  Please note, this IS NOT  the rice or wafer paper variety.  Icing sheets merge with the frosting on your cake.  The image is approximately 7in. x 9in, printed on a 7.44 x 9.69 standard icing sheet.  It will fit a 1/4 sheet or larger cake.  You can also use these on any other confection that you can frost, including ice cream cake, brownies, cookies, rice krispie treats, etc...They are FDA and KOSHER approved.  They may last up to 1 year if properly stored.  However, for best results, I don't recommend ordering more than 4 months in advance.  Important instructions on personalization and usage are included below.  I urge you to please read.

PERSONALIZATION

Personalization is to be added during check out through paypal.  If personalization is not included in your paypal payment, your item may be significantly delayed and/or unpersonalized.  When paying through paypal, you will see an additional instructions to seller area or something along those lines.  Please type the personalization desired in that area.  Please note that instructions will be sent to your paypal email address unless you specify a different one.  If you would like to request a proof, please include that in the note as well.  Please note that if you request a proof, processing time may be longer since it will not be sent out until you have approved your proof or more than 7 days have gone by since your proof was sent.  Check your spam or junk mail folder if you have not received a proof within 5 business days (7 regular days).  If proof is not requested, topper will be shipped with personalization as per your note.  Please double check ages and spelling.  Replacements will not be issued if you accidentally mispell the name or give incorrect age.  Your instructions will be sent via email, not print.  Please send all communication at one time.  If you send 3 seperate email instructions, your order may be delayed significantly.  We do not guarantee that changes will be made if you send several seperate emails, especially if you do so on different dates.  If you forgot to enter the personalization or did not see the area to personalize, you can use the contact seller link on ebay to send it.  However, please note that paypal is the fastest way to get it processed.

Please note that the sample you see above is a digital image.  Colors on your actual topper may differ.  Ink is absorbed differently on the edible icing sheet than on regular paper.  If you would like to see samples of actual images on cakes I have prepared before purchasing, scroll to the bottom and copy or click on the link.

SHIPPING AND PROCESSING

Orders are processed and shipped TUESDAY - FRIDAY in the order in which your cleared payment is received.  Please note that echecks through paypal generally clear within 5 business days, but can take longer, especially in some international countries.  Processing time (this is the time it may take to create image before it is shipped) is usually 1-5 business days (1-7 regular days) if proof is not requested, or longer if proof is requested, depending on order load.  Please allow sufficient time for your order to arrive.   If you have special timing circumstances, please do not order unless you have contacted and verified that it can be done.

Refund will not be issued if you have not allowed sufficient time for shipping as specified here.

FREE SHIPPING to any US state.  This shipping service will generally take an additional 2-9 business days to deliver after processing time, but I have seen it take as many as 21 business days in some areas.  Faster shipping methods are available for an additional charge.  There are no handling fees.  When you select a faster shipping method, you pay the post office rate.  Please keep that in mind when leaving DSR ratings.  I do not overcharge for shipping.  For example, the post office charges $4.95 for a US Priority Mail envelope.  When you add Priority Mail, you pay just that, no more.

US Shipping

Although it rarely ever takes this long for your order to arrive, please plan for delays when considering your shipping method.

Free shipping: allow up to 4 weeks to deliver (average delivery time is 5-14 business days)

Priority Mail: allow up to 2 weeks to deliver (average delivery time is 5-8 business days)

Express Mail: allow up to 1 week to deliver (average delivery time is 1-6 business days)

International shipping is available for an additional charge.  Shipping to international destinations generally takes about 2-3 weeks, but can take longer, sometimes due to customs.  I have seen it take up to 6 weeks.  Buyer is responsible for all customs and duties in the receiving country.  Faster shipping is available during checkout.

COMMUNICATION

We try very hard to answer all emails within 2 business days.  However, at times, and mostly after the weekends and holidays, it may take longer due to the very large email volume that is received.  Please understand that because my prices are so low, I get a very high volume of questions and communiction.  Your emails will not be ignored.  Some questions may take longer than others to answer.  Feel free to read the Questions and Answers section in my store.  When you order is being processed, you will not receive emails from us unless there is a problem with your order or if you have not submitted the needed personalization.  In which case, we will usually contact you within 5 business days to get it from you.  Once the topper ships, you will receive an email with your instructions of use and storage of the topper.  These instructions are also available for you to view in my store.  Paypal may also send an email with a delivery confirmation # if you have a US address.  If you have an international address, the # I will send you is a customs label #, not a tracking #. I only send it as a reference.  The post office will only show when the item was scanned in the US.  It will not show additional tracking info.

RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of this product, there is a limited return policy.  Becuase edible toppers cannot be resold once they are returned, returns are not accepted.   However, if there is a verifiable error on our part (incorrect spelling, etc.), we will send a replacement or offer a full refund of your purchase price.  If the error was caused by your mispelling, free replacements will not be issued.
