Movie description
Johnny To (FULLTIME KILLER) directs this Hong Kong action film noir that takes place one dangerous night on the streets where the police tactical unit (PTU) are assigned to patrol. With shadowy alleyways, dingy restaurants, and seedy video game arcades setting the scene for the constantly violent action, PTU is a street war between police and underground thugs. Sergeant Lo (Lam Suet) cruises on his own, while groups of other police officers scan the streets, beating and brutalizing punk kids who report directly to the major thugs Ponytail, Bald Head, and Eye Ball. Lo's main problem is that he has lost his police-issue handgun and he badly wants it back. He follows any leads available trying to find it, even if it means betraying his fellow officers and making a deal with the thugs. A brutal film that nonetheless has moments of absurd comic relief--Lo slips on a banana peel while in pursuit of punks not once but twice--PTU is another solid contribution to To's entertaining repertoire of Hong Kong action flicks. This movie screened in October 2003 as part of the 41st New York Film Festival organized by the Film Society of Lincoln Center.

I go to the post office once a week, normally on Saturdays. Your item will be mailed on the Saturday after I receive payment. I cannot get to the post office during the week because I have a full-time job and Ebay isn’t it. If the fact that I can only ship once a week is an issue please don’t bid because no matter how quickly you need whatever you are buying it still won’t go out before Saturday.

All sales are final. All Items are sold AS IS, no returns, refunds or exchanges. I will accept returns on DVD’s and CD’s in very limited circumstances—if the item is defective and does not play properly. If this is the case you must send the item back to me along with a note stating exactly what the problem is. If I can duplicate the problem you are having on my own DVD or CD player then I will issue a full refund including the cost of return shipping. On the other hand, if the DVD or CD plays fine for me I will only issue a refund for the auction price of the item. That means the buyer assumes both the original shipping cost and the cost of return shipping.

The item must be returned to me in the same condition that I shipped it out in. I do not ship items that are physically damaged and will not accept returns of items that are damaged.

Reduced shipping is offered for items paid for at the same time that can be shipped in the same package. CD’s and DVD’s can be shipped in the same parcel. DVD’s and posters cannot be shipped in the same package. Rolled and folded posters cannot be shipped in the same package.

DVD’s and CD’s are shipped in bubble mailers. If the DVD is in a cardboard snapcase or the CD is in a digipac case then the item will also be wrapped in another layer of bubble wrap. In addition, if the DVD is open and not double-sided then a piece of bubble wrap is also placed inside the case so the disc doesn’t come loose in transit.

I will not cancel bids or end auctions early so please don’t ask.
