Rocky Wild Wolf 16" Tall Camo Hunting Snake Boots 12-13

This is a Great Pair of Pre-Owned Wild Wolf by Rocky Tall Water-Proof, Sanke-Proof Camo Hunting Boots in a size 13W.  I still have the Rocky Boots box the boots came in, and although the stated size is 13 W, a buddy who is 12 D says he finds them comfortable with a heavy pair of socks.  Please go by my measurements that follow.  Please note that these are Very Tall--16-inchers will be up to some guys' knees, so measure that, too.  I like tall lineman boots, and these happen to look great worn outside the jeans--that tall-booted jeans look.  I've never been particularly worried about snakes, but these would be good protection.  I'd use them for deer or bird hunting, since they would save a guy from wet brush and thorns and stickers.  Very nice pair of boots.

The boots stand 16 inches tall and are 14 inches long with the heel counters against a wall.  I get an interior footbed length of about 13 inches, but this is a difficult measurement.  The boots are about 4.5 inches wide at the widest part of the ball of the foot on the rubber-tread soles.  The canvas-ycamo tops are a mixture of green-tan-beige-brown.  There is a side tab:  Waterproof Aqua Guard.  Inside the boots I see the following:  13 W  8187  21124  Leather Upper Balance Man-Made Materials  0663.  The interior lining is a thick, soft black mesh-like material.  Although pre-worn, the boots are clean and have no objectionable odor.  There are three pairs of lacing eyelets,  nine pairs of lacing speed hooks and another pair of eyelets at the top.  Note onthephotos how the brown leather comes up the heel counters, up the back, on the top collar, over the the sides of the ankle, and on each side of the lacing system.  The long, beige-and-brown corded laces are in excellent condition.  The fairly deep tread rubber soles are in Great shape--I can see the words "Rock" and "Oil-Resistant  Non-Marking."

I would say these boots are for the serious hunter or boot guy who likes tall protection and the natural colors of brown and camo.  These would be warm and comfortable boots and they are not real heavyweight--which is something I've come to appreciate when I'm hunting pheasants.  I see no defects or dings; for pre-owned they are clean and nice and ready for service.  You can bid with confidence; I'll keep the price right so someone can get value for the money.  I think they might work for a size 12 as well as a size 13, but please go by my measurements.
