  Return Policy:

   

  We try very hard to describe all items as accurately as is humanly possible, but please, it is your responsibility to ask any questions you may have before placing your bid.

  We pride ourselves on excellent communication and customer service and are extremely confident that you will be pleased with your purchase. However, we do offer a 48 hour "initial satisfaction" return policy. Restrictions do apply. We accept returns for a full refund if an item was misrepresented in our listing or the product received was not what you ordered. Returns for all other reasons will not include a return shipping refund. The item being returned must be in original condition and include all original packaging, documentation, warranty info and manuals. If the item received is not what you ordered, you should not open it.

  The product's original factory seal must remain intact.

  Any item(s) returned incomplete or damaged or if original factory seal is not intact, will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

  Any item being returned must be shipped via same carrier and method.

We are not the "manufacturer" and therefore, any warranty expressed or implied, is offered and supported by the original "manufacturer" of that particular product only. REMEMBER! IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY, to complete any warranty registration materials that may accompany some products and mail them in as directed within those materials, if necessary. Not all product warranties are the same.
