This is a Lot of 2 Lands End Boys Twill Pants Size 16 Husky 16H. These pairs each have a full elastic waist, elastic ankle cuffs, with adjustable belt, 2 side pockets, 1 back pocket with velcro closures.  They have the nice Lands' End double reinforced knees, a great feature not seen on most other brands. They have been worn, showing some signs of wear -- mainly at the bottom of the cuffs, there are some worn through areas. There is still a lot of life left in these, and they are very soft and comfortable from use. Made of 100% cotton. The waist is 30" around, unstretched, and it stretches to about 38" around. Inseam is 28 ". Hips 42" around.
