I tested it (4 AA batteries included - no plug-in charger included) and it works great. Maybe I'm just saying that because it gave me a reading of 130/82 and I'm happy about it. That does seem to be right, though - getting towards the high end of normal. The box says the cuff will fit up to 13" arms, but it measures 14", and I was able to adjust it to a snug 16". You can order a bigger cuff from the company for 13-17" fit. Barely used - in excellent condition.
