Eight Touch Sensitive Drum Pads
Strike the YDD-60's pads with the supplied drum sticks or simply use your hands. Drum volume responds to your playing--play soft and the volume is soft, play strongly and it's loud. Built-in stereo speakers and a bass port provide deep, rich sound directly from the device, or you can use the output to send to a PA, amplifier, etc.

Two Drum Pedals
The included drum pedals are perfect for the traditional hi-hat or kick drum use, or whatever else you want to assign to foot control. The kick pedal features touch response, so the volume responds to how hard you press the pedal.

Hand Percussion Mode
Switch on the YDD-60's Hand Percussion mode and enjoy playing the pads with your hands--sensitivity is adjusted for hand playing, offering a more realistic feel for hand drum sounds.

50 Preset Drum Kits and 100 Built-In Songs
Choose from 50 unique Drum Kits quickly and easily, or build your own with one of three Custom Drum Kits--simply assign the desired voices to the pads and pedals and save your kit.

230 Assignable Ultra-Realistic Stereo Sampled Drum Voices
A wide variety of percussion voices is available, letting you play different sounds when you hit the pads--for example, change a pad to play a snare, tom, conga, or even special sound effects like a door slam or a lion's roar.

Record Your Song
The User Songs feature allows you to record and play back five original songs (with a max of about 10,000 notes per song).

In Song Mode, the following data is recorded: Data that can be recorded in the User Song Mode, Drum pad and pedal played data, Song data, Track On/Off settings, Tempo setting, and Song Volume setting.

Onboard DSP Effects: Reverb and Master EQ
Add some roominess to your sound with hall, room, stage, and plate reverbs, and dial in the sound even further with onboard EQ.

The MIDI IN and MIDI OUT terminals on the YDD-60's rear panel allow connection to other MIDI instruments, devices and computers for expanded functionality--use the instrument to play sounds on other devices, or record your performance to a sequencer or computer.

Power with Battery or Adaptor
If you want to take your drums somewhere with no wall power, you're all set with the option to power with batteries.
