Cassell’s Eduactional Works – London: Cassell, Petter, and Galpin – La Belle Sauvage Yard, Ludgate Hill, E.C. price One Shilling (all taken from fornt cover) I think this is an extremely rare survivor from the 19th century, possibly dates to 1850's Seen one similar via a Google search only not just as old as this one, selling for around £68. Old fountain pen inscriptuion to inner cover with anme and a date of May 4th /61 for 1861. Definitely a 19th century publication. All text printed in an old gothic font. - A VERY RARE SURVIVOR!! 167 printed pages. Booms till perfectly usable / readable. Pages slightly ivoried with age, outer paper cover still intact, however very back paper cover is missing. All pages of the book however are present. Please note that I will be posting this book (if it sells) in a used jiffy envelope. I have collected quite a lot of these over the last few years and am in a sense recycling them.
