The Seller will NOT be responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.  Refunds minus shipping & handling charges are based on per case incidents and if in favor of the Buyer, the item must be returned to the Seller in the original packaging with a reliable and valid tracking number.  It is the sole responsibility of the Buyer to pay for the shipping cost of the item(s) back to the Seller in order to receive a refund minus shipping & handling charges.  The item must be traceable within 48 hours to the receipt of return for refund to be valid.  The Buyer must make contact within 24 hours of receipt of the item, otherwise as indicated, all sales are final and no returns are accepted.  Once the item is received by Seller, it will be inspected.  If the item is not returned to the Seller in the condition to which the item was sent to the Buyer via original selling pictures posted in the auction, at the discretion of the Seller the refund will be void.
