• Subject to the Assured giving instructions to the Policy Holder to effect insurance hereunder prior to
  the commencement of storage, this insurance shall extend to include Subject-matter in a third
  party warehouse or other place of storage which the Assured elects to use either for storage
  other than in the ordinary course of transit or for allocation and distribution, including in the
  event that there is no transit risk insured hereunder (collectively hereinafter called "Storage Risks").
• Including on delivery into and whilst at an exhibition, demonstration, trade fair or similar event
