A: We are very sorry if you received the item damaged. Please just send the item back to us. Please include a letter letting us know what has happened, your name, address & ebay ID. Once we receive the item we will send out a replacement cd rom. Returns must be accepted within 30days from payment date.

Q: How do I get an invoice for multiple items?
A: Please just follow the Ebay check-out process on one of the items and it will bring you to our check out page where all items will be combined.

Q: What is Compatibility Mode? / How do I run a Program in Compatibility Mode?
A: Compatibility Mode is a feature in newer versions of Windows that will allow a program designed before that version of Windows to run on it.

Running the program in Compatibility Mode.

Double Click the My Computer icon on your desktop
Right Click on your Cd rom drive
Select the option Open
Right Click the Setup.exe file
Click Properties at the bottom of the drop down menu
Choose the Compatibility tab
Click in the square next to: Run this program in compatibiliy mode for.
Change the box below to say Windows 98/ME
Click apply in the bottom left of this window.
Click OK

Now double click the setup.exe file.
Installation will occur.
You may have to follow steps 4-10 on the program icon.

Q: Is this software new or in box?
A: This is a new unused product but not in a box. We buy direct from Manufacturers and distributors and purchase products in spindles of 125 Cds. We then sleeve them and sell them as sleeved product. So the answer is yes they are new but not in box.

Q: Can you ship other items to an International location?
A: I am sorry but at this time we are not able to ship items other than software outside the U.S.

Q: Does this software work with Vista
A: I am sorry at this time we have not tested this software with Windows Vista. You may want to check with the manufacturer of this product.

To check-out on multiple items just follow the check-out process on one item once all auctions you are bidding on have ended, all auctions won will show up on the check-out page.

Our current work week is Monday through Thursday. We do not ship or respond to emails on the weekends.

In order for us to provide the best customer service and to insure the quickest delivery possible, please do not send more than one email about the same item or issue. Some of our titles are Classic or Rare and harder to find titles that people are still looking for. Sometime there are special instructions to get these titles to work. If you are having trouble with a title please let us know and we will try to find a solution, IE Compatibility Mode, or a software patch.

All other sales are final.

We use stock photos in our auctions. This means the picture you see is for demonstration purposes only. The software we send out is in a Cd Rom sleeve and put into a bubble mailer for shipping. Any and all instructions or other paperwork is contained in a digital file on the cd rom.
