1. All items are from an ALWAYS SMOKE-FREE home.
2. I will happily provide more pictures via email.  If you wish to see something in particular, please feel free to ask for alternate view photos.
   
3. I'm a stay-home mom with all-day access to my computer.  I will check listings frequently to ensure timely communication before, during, and after a sale.
4. If this is an auction-style listing, complete payment is due within 48 hours of your winning bid or your win will be forfeit.  If you have extenuating circumstances, please communicate your circumstance to me within the aforementioned 48 hour period so we can evaluate the possibility of an extension of the requisite payment period.  The maximum extension I will be able to accommodate is an additional 48 hours.  If I have not received your payment after 48 hours (or, up to 96 hours, with prior agreement), I will report the item to eBay as "non-paying bidder".  Their policy will allow 7 more days in which you may send payment.  HOWEVER, I WILL NOT ACCEPT PAYMENT IN THIS 7 DAY PERIOD.  Any payment made within this period will be refunded .  You will receive a "non-paying bidder" strike, which may damage your credibility with other sellers in the future.
5. I ship within 24 hours of received cleared payment.  If your payment is received early enough in the morning, your item may even ship that afternoon.  I ship every day of the week (except Sunday) in order to ensure that you receive your item as quickly as possible.  If your address with PayPal is unconfirmed, please be sure to let me know what address you wish me to use.
6. All items are described to the absolute best of my ability.  I inspect each item as carefully and as thoroughly as I would want done on my behalf.  I inspect upon listing an item, again upon selling an item, and again upon shipping an item.  If, after the listing inspection, I find any flaws (no matter how minor), I will be certain to communicate that to you so may determine whether you wish to proceed with the sale, and how.  If, despite all of these inspections, I miss something, it is an honest mistake and I will be more than happy to make it right.

If, for any reason, you are unable to leave me a 5-star feedback, please contact me first.  Anything less than 5 stars -- in any of the categories -- hinders my "Seller Status" with eBay.  It is in my best interest to try my absolute hardest to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your transaction.  With that in mind, please contact me directly with any dissatisfaction so that I may have a chance to correct any error.  I truly appreciate your evaluation.
