Double Size (90x103) Cross Stitch quilt top kit, Never used, not in original package. Instructions included, clean, no floss included. You

must supply the batting and backing. Material is 50% cotton 50% polyester.

Manufacturer is Tobin, but instruction sheet has "Progress" on it, so Tobin may have bought the rights to this pattern. It is very unique in that

it is an old fashioned "sampler" with a house, trees, birds and lots of flowers. The boarder is a trailing vine with large multicolored flowers

featured.  The instructions include floss suggestions.  The quilting design is also stamped on to be either hand or machine quilted.

It comes from my smoke free home.  I am downsizing my collections and never got around to making this lovely top. I have other cross stitch

quilt kits on auction and will gladly combine shipping costs.
