Condition; Item Description. We have done our best to reveal material condition of the offered piece in sufficient detail.  In no event we will be responsible for any defects in condition that are either disclosed in our item description or are clearly depicted in our photos.

All our items are 100% authentic, guaranteed. We do not sell fake/counterfeit products.

Nonpaying Buyers. We do not tolerate nonpaying buyers (NPBs). If you are the winning bidder and you fail to contact us within 3 days after an auction closes, or if you fail to tender all funds due to us within 8 days after an auction closes, we will presume you are a nonpaying buyer, your purchase will be canceled and a dispute will be filed.

Risk of loss. We pack all items with great care. At the moment we deliver the item to a “common carrier” (such as U.S. Postal Service), risk of loss is completely yours. This means that you, from the moment forward, assume any risk of loss to the item from any cause or circumstance whatsoever, whether or not within your control. We strongly recommend insurance for orders over $100.00 or whatever amount represents an unacceptable loss to you, because if you opt not to insure, we will not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage, once the item has been shipped.

Note to Overseas (Non-U.S.) Buyers. Your purchase may be subject to Value-Added Tax (VAT), General Sales Tax (GST), customs duties, and other taxes, payments, and impositions required by the law of your country. Please note that we are not responsible for any of these charges.

International orders are also subjected to unexpected delays. We ship all orders within 24hrs of payment received, or the next business day. There is no way to track packages sent via USPS First-Class.  Please do not ask me to mark as "gift" or lower the value on the customs form - I cannot do that. 

Please note that for the following countries, delays are very common, especially if shipped via First-Class: Spain, Portugal, France, England and Brazil.
