I have been working on this project for over three years now. I have taken two teams and we have installed water purification systems which at present have the capacity to provide safe, germ and parasite free water for up to 20,000 people. This version works fine in Win xp and Vista, although I have found it to be a bit quirky in Vista. It DOES work fine in Vista once it is installed. There are some guidelines on the www.quickeverse.com web site and they have great technical support if you have any problem with getting the program to work correctly. You can contact me through "Contact Seller" and I can offer some limited support as I have dealt with some of the issues but I think most of these were with the earliest shippings. The last set I loaded on Vista went without a single hitch.

I will replace a bad disc upon return of same, but this is highly unlikely as QuickVerse puts out a very good product. I want happy customers. I had 100% rating until I missed a half dot com DVD while I was on vacation (supposed to be on vacation mode) and didn't even know I had missed a shipping. I sent the DVD, took the hit, and didn't even get paid for it, but I do the best I can to make happy customers. So Please, contact me with any problems.
