Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium Upgrade

Please note that this is the UPGRADE version of the new Windows 7 Premium, so you must have either Windows XP or Windows Vista in order to install this upgrade.  If you don't have either of these systems, then you need to purchase the Full Version of Windows 7.  (Microsoft's Suggested retail price on the UPGRADE version of Home Premium is $119.99, while the suggested retail on the Full version is $199.99)

This Windows 7 Premium upgrade package includes both the 32-bit & 64-bit versions.  You can install either version, but not both.

System Requirements:

Please review the Windows 7 requirements as opened software cannot be returned. (This is true for virtually all software sales, whether online or at a retail store.)  This is a brand new unopened retail box from Microsoft, and product support is provided by Microsoft.  

•    1GHz or faster 32-bit (x86) or 64-bit (x64) processor
•    1GB RAM for 32-bit version / 2GB RAM for 64-bit version
•    16GB available disk space (32-bit) / 20GB (64-bit)
•    DirectX 9 graphics processor with WDDM 1.0 or later driver

Operating system requirements:  You must have Windows XP or Windows Vista in order to use this upgrade
