Kellys-Girly-Fashion wants you to be a happy customer. We want you to be completely satisfied with the merchandise that you receive from us. We do understand that you may not like your purchase for some reason. You may return your item with original invoice and tags attached (unwashed, unworn and undamaged) within 3 days of receiving your order if you are not satisfied with it. Upon receipt of the product, a refund will be made less postage costs and less a 20% restocking fee. The buyer will also have to bear their own costs for returning products to us and return MUST be made by trackable shipping method.
Please NOTE that the refund policy does not apply to Handmade Jewelries.

To return item to Kellys-Girly-Fashion, you MUST follow the steps below. 

1. Email us at pmhting78@hotmail.com BEFORE returning any items for a RA (Return Authorization) number. Any items returned without a RA # will not be processed. Please also indicate which items you want to return or exchange. 

2. Once we receive your email, RA # along with further instructions will be emailed to you.
