Here is a 1998 7" Small Soldier Character named INSANIAC. He is slightly played with and his head, arms, legs all bend.  He also comes with a ball and chain as his weapon.

INSANIAC IS ONE WILD CRITTER. HE'S SO OUT OF CONTROL THAT HIS FELLOW GORGANITES HAVE TO KEEP HIM CHAINED UP SO THAT HE DOESN'T HURT HIMSELF, BUT WHEN THE COMMANDO ELITE SHOWS UP FOR BATTLE, INSANIAC UNLEASHES HIS RAZOR SHARP TEETH AND FURIOUSLY SPINS ACTION ON ANYONE NUTS ENOUGH TO GET IN HIS WAY.

Nothing is broken on this toy. it is in great condition and would be a great addition to the existing small soldiers collection..
