For shipping the paper/printed information to Canada, Mexico, UK, Europe, or Australia select "USPS First Class Mail International" when checking-out. If you would like to receive the Turnkey Package on DVD or CD, the cost for shipping and handling (S&H) to the United States is US$2.99 on a single DVD, or US$3.99 for S&H on a Set-of-CD's (over 1.3 GB). The cost for S&H to Canada or UK is US$5.99 on a single DVD, or US$6.99 for S&H on a Set-of-CD's. Please contact us for price for shipping and handling to other destinations. To request delivery on DVD or CD's please contact us with your destination and we will send you an invoice for the correct amount.
If you do not want to provide us with your shipping address, or if for some other reason, you would rather not receive the item access information in paper/printed form by postal mail, please let us know when you make your payment and we can make it available by e-mail by request only.
