You are looking at a mint and flawless condition Princess Diana commemorative 1st edition Beanie Baby.  It is Made in China (1997) and is a rare 1st edition with the red star on the tush tag.   Later overproduced versions were made in Indonesia.  This bear has a mint condition hang tag with plastic protector and a mint conditon tush tag.  Good Luck and thanks for looking!!!
