Auctions end normally on a Saturday or Sunday evening. All packages are normally mailed out on the following Tuesday. Please understand that due to the high volume of sold items this may not always be the case, and shipping may be delayed by and extra day or so. We are working hard to try and make sure that all packages are mailed out the day after they are purchased and or paid for.
If you win an auction, or end it early with buy it now and need it on a specific date please let that be known so your package will be handled first and foremost.
RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED unless an item as truly been misrepresented! If you receive an item and feel as if it needs to be returned it must have my approval first. Please do not send an item back prior to contacting Sursely's Seven Day Specials. Item will be refused and will be returned to sender.
If you receive an item and feel that is was not at all as described please contact me and a decision will be made at that time as to how to proceed.
If an item is not insured by the buyer or the seller, seller is not responsible for lost items, items arriving broken or in a non-working condition. Insurance costs very little to save a huge headache. If an item is approved for return buyer is responsible for shipping costs and original shipping will not be refunded.

All items are tested twice prior to shipping and cleaned to the best of our ability prior to listings and shipping.
If we receive an item that is still sealed shut by the manufacture it will not be opened prior to listing. It will arrive to you still factory sealed.
