 Materials Used

• Premium quality Grade "A" kiln dried Indonesian teak wood is used.
• Wood does not contain any dead knots, pinholes,wrap affected piece of wood etc.
• Wood is kiln dried before and after manufacturing.
• Teak wood is purchased directly from Indonesian government agency.
• Furniture is natural finish, first 3 sanding are done by machine and final touch by experience hands. The final sanding is with 450grit sandpaper. Let me know if you find this anywhere else.
• Solid Marine brass is used to avoid corrosion and rust.
• Marine weather resistant epoxy is used for stronger joints.

• Rectangular Extension table weighs 172lbs Length without extension is 75", with both extensions in place its 115" long, width is 44" and height 30".

• Though Cushions and Umbrella are not included in the auction,, we make custom fitted (not one standard cushion fit all chairs) Sunbrella and Solution-dyed acrylic cushions to meet your demand for quality and style
• We carry 100s of colors so please inquire, we can supply them along with your furniture.
• We have an inventory of Beige, Hunter Green, and Terracotta and Natural cushions and Beige, Hunter Green and Terracotta umbrellas. The cushions are 2 inch thick double welting with zipper. Cushions are custom made to fit the chair you get. Exact color matching umbrella are available in 7 and 10feet canopy coated with UV protection, extra thick 2inch pole, Please contact us to add these items to your order. • We want you to be fully satisfied with the product you buy at Bay View Patio, and we are very confident you will be, however; in an unlikely event you desire to exchange or return any portion of your order for any reason we offer 30 days return policy

   You can return a Bay View Patio product if it is in brand new condition with no assembly attempt. Please contact us and we will make all arrangements to get the product back to our warehouse. After inspection we will refund your full purchase price less shipping,

• Fixed shipping and handling to continental lower 48 states. All items arrive professionally packed on pallet
• We will combine shipments for multiple auctions within 7 days of auction ends, hence saving on shipment charges. We encourage buyers to take advantage of this option
• Once we receive the payment product will be shipped within 4 business days. (Please allow 2 week of transit time)
• Highest bidder, please provide your contact phone number so that the trucking company can schedule delivery
• Please make sure you inspect all the items while the delivery person is physically there. Make note of any damage if any on the paperwork with the shipping person

 Warranty

 All pieces of furniture have warranty against any manufacturing or material defect for the period of one Year from the date of purchase. This does not include damage caused by misuse or shipping which is handled by shipping insurance if purchased.

 Teak Maintenance

 *Real Indonesian Grade A Teak furniture does not need any maintenance. Yes, you can leave it in rain, snow, or harsh sun.
* Maintenance free teak furniture can last almost 50 years or even more.

• Some people prefer to give there Patio furniture a bright honey due color look and that can be achieved with Teak Oil. Please make sure you apply pure Teak oil and there is no stain in it. Please let us know and we will be happy to include one in your shipment.
• Good Teak wood will start turning silver patina color within 2 weeks so if you want to keep it looking same color as new, the only product we recommend is "Teak Protector". • In winter you may cover your teak furniture but make sure the wood can breath and get air.
