If you accept the insurance option, your product will be insured for it's full value through the freight company. This insurance covers theft and mysterious disappearance, BUT NOT DAMAGE INCURRED DURING SHIPMENT.

Always examine the product carefully at the time of delivery and have the driver note any damage, no matter how insignificant! This nearly always guaranties payment from the carrier. If damage is discovered later the carrier will send an inspector, BUT YOU MUST HAVE THE BOX AND THE UNUSED PRODUCT ON HAND FOR INSPECTION.

R&T will do all the paperwork and file the claim in your behalf.

Always call for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA). Items returned without an RA will be refused. Unused product that is determined by R&T not to be defective will incur a 20% restocking fee.
Custom products, generally, are NOT returnable for less than a 50% restocking fee.
