Shipping Information

We ship almost anywhere in the world including the PO Boxes, APO and FPO addresses. We will not ship any of the prohibited items and unauthorized item. We never over charges for the shipping all shipping charges based on the originally shipping charges by the courier.  

Shipping fee is listed on the item detail page. Shipping charges might be varied on different item due to their weights and size.

Customers can choose to have their order shipped by regular airmail or by a premium Speed Post service. This choice can be made of the basket page during checkout.

Out of Stock Items

All products offered by us are subject to availability. Backordered products include items that are not currently in stock. In most cases these items are on order from the manufacturers. In some cases we are awaiting or researching stock information from one or more of our suppliers. Backordered titles usually come into stock within 1 to 4 weeks but can occasionally take longer. If for any reason we determine that a backordered item will no longer be available, we will notify you immediately by email, cancel the item from your order, delete the item from our catalogue, and refund you in full.

Restriction

Some of the items, versions or editions are not available for your shipping destination country due to the restriction. We will advise the customers and will not ship out the goods. (Especially for those countries have their own parallel import laws and not allowing the fair trade but in reverse, it’s ridiculous, they allow to shipping out the same title of product to other countries. )

About Pre-order Items

It's past the release date of my pre-ordered title, why hasn't it shipped?

Release dates are set while the item is still in production, sometimes the studios have to change the date of the release because they're simply not ready. This affects all suppliers of this item and chances are that if we don't have nobody else does either. You still have the option of canceling your order and placing an order for it when you know it's available. Otherwise, the item will be shipped as soon as it's released.

When will I get my New Release Item?

If you purchased a New Release it will be shipped on or after the street date stated in the listing.

Return Policy

If you receive a defective product, contact us. Please return the product to us and we will send out a replacement copy at no cost to you. Lost, stolen, or damaged orders will be replaced at no cost if you purchased shipping insurance. Without shipping insurance, we do not take responsibility for the item once it is shipped. Most importantly, please give us a change to rectify mistakes before leaving negative feedback. We promise to make good on any reasonable situation in which you are not satisfied.

FAQ

What if one of my items is on moratorium (out of print)?

This affects about 2% of all DVD and CD orders. Studios take movies and music in and out of circulation all the time, without notice, to generate future demand. We have no control over this and it affects all media sellers. Therefore, we will refund the item(s) and the shipping charges and send the rest of your shipment, along with an apology.
