1. You notify us of your intent within 2 days of receiving your item(s).
2. You actually ship the item(s) within 5 days of your receiving it.
3. You pay shipping.
4. Your refund shall be paid via Paypal to the account used for original purchase ONLY.
5. Your refund will be granted as soon as possible and NO LATER than 30 days of OUR receiving the returned item(s).

COACH RETURNS ARE REQUIRED TO MEET THESE ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
