I am the owner of a parcel of property in the Town of Southampton surrounded by woodland.

As shown on the maps this property is located South of Sunrise Hwy. and  just West of Westhampton-Riverhead Road.

I have lifted the development rights off of the property, so it can be used for recreational uses only such as hunting, hiking, camping, mountain biking, quad riding, horse back riding, etc...

The parcel is surrounded by preserved land, and is more than 500 ft. from any house (this is the requirement to bow-hunt).

The 2008/2009 Real Estate Taxes are $17.20 and have been paid in full (see copy of tax bill).

The taxes are low becuase the development rights have been lifted off of the land and it is not buildable.

NOTE: Only Southampton Town Residents and Taxpayers (which this auction winner will be) are able to obtain certain permits and licenses, such as a 4x4 beach permit.

Payment can be arranged at any time before or after the auction is over.

I am also willing to finance up to 80% of the winning bid, please email me if you are interested in this option to discuss terms that would work for you.

The closing will take place at the Suffolk County Center at a time convenient to Buyer and myself. At that time, all documents will be signed (which I will prepare at no cost), we will record the Deed together, and Buyer will leave with a certified copy of their Deed. Buyer will be responsible for all recording fees, which will be between $250.00 and $500.00.
