BINDING: Grey cloth hard cover with black title on front, decorated with a ship, tight binding

APPROX. DIMENSIONS: 6" by 8"; 73 pages

CONDITION: Covers have soiling and edge wear with a bit of card board showing at top and bottom of spine, looks like a small amount of white page along front edge, with some light colored spots on the back cover, Virginia Handy name in ink on first end paper, hand written recipes inside back cover and end paper, some pencil check marks on some recipes,5 pages have some light stains with a couple of corner creases, otherwise interior pages clean with no rips, tears or missing pages. No Smoke or mildew odor.

COMMENTS: This is a very hard to find cook book from Sandwich, Ma. It has a signature on the front end paper with the same last name as the author, recipes submitter's name follow each recipe, nice illustrations and interesting original recipes.
