SO CUTE

 

handpainted boutique outfit  jeans say size 18 months (jeans say PLACE so maybe the children's place brand?) but then bottoms were custom made with cute flared bottoms of fun pattern materials.  top says 24 months . sewing job is expert. this set is in vg to excellent condtion. the top are jeans are extremely high quality workmanship. the tutu is basically just some tulle and elastic and in its original homemade condition and will also be included. this outfit was worn 3 times. once by her cousin on her 2nd birthday, then once by my daughter on her 2nd birthday and one other random time indoors only.  paint is still completely intact on legs

 

you will get so many compliments and what child this age doesn't love elmo? elmo is a rock star and your child will be the envy of all the 5 and under crowd!
