LIRR Eastport New York Train Station/John Duck's 1952

This 8 1/2 X 11 black and white photograph was taken of the Eastport, Long Island, New York Train station on November 29, 1952.  The Eastport sign can be seen on the side of the train station along with a man in a trench coat walking underneath the sign.  A couple of 1950's style cars can be seen parked around the station.  A large, victorian style building is next to the train station.  This building states "John Duck's" on its side.   

This photograph comes from the collection of Ron Ziel who is a well-known railroad historian, photographer and author.   We only sell photos that are in good condition but please know that the original negatives contain some irregularities which sometimes transfer to the prints.
