96 BOOK LOT of Fine RARE Antique Leather Bound Books

Up for auction is a superb collection of 96 fine, rare, ANTIQUE LEATHER BOUND BOOKS. this is an opportunity to complete that interior design project with one low cost purchase, and fill those shelves. They are really superb, with beautiful warm colors, and lots of gold lettering in absolutely perfect condition. The starting bid for these books is a very low $6.50 each, or $624  (96 books x $6.50 per book is $624) plus the low shipping cost. Buy it now is slightly higher (ebay requires 10% higher than the starting bid price). The quality is unmatchable for that price. There is a balanced blend of all sizes, shapes, colors and series with a lot of larger, wide books that take up a lot of shelf space. These books are from the early 20th and late 19th centuries, and are printed in foreign languages, primarily Scandinavian. They take up a whopping 12+ feet of shelf space, just over an average of  over 1 inch per book. They vary between 1-3+" wide and between 6-10.5" high. These books are in EXCELLENT to MINT condition. All have leather bindings, and all variously have marbled covers, gilded lettering and some have gilded page tops. There are some with hubbed spines. All colors are represented, but as you can see from the photos, they are all warm and beautiful. There is some minor wear to some of the books as some of them have been read, (see photos) however, all of the backs are strong, and there is no lean in any book.  Many are in series groupings wherever it was possible to preserve, so that when on display, they present a uniform, beautiful look. I have taken the photos in natural sunlight with no flash or editing. Although some of the book backs may appear to have staining and variations in color, this is the original marbled leather color of the books. These are ALL high quality books, and are authentic antiques.  On a shelf in any office or home or library, they present beautifully and cast a warm, soft awesome and substantial look.
