sharper Image Quiet Place Noise Cancellation Headphones.  Comparable to the Bose.  the headphones work perfect,  they do have a little scuff mark on ear pieces.  also, in process of looking for direction book.

Looks like it has a bigger plug in for airplanes and then it has a 2 pronged one, not sure what it is for.  also, has the case.  Paid close to 200.00 new.  only used a few times.
