Description: I only sell unused stamps in mint (MNH) or pre-cancelled (CTO) condition. I do not sell used or hinged stamps.

If the item title says MNH (mint never hinged) or UNUSED then the stamp is considered to be in perfect mint condition. If the item title says NG it means the stamp has no gum on the back side. If the stamp that you bought happens to be damaged or in an unacceptable condition, please do not hesitate to contact me and I'll do my best to solve the problem.

Communication: Always contact me thru eBay sitemail. I usually respond to all messages within 12 hours. If you contact me thru your email service (yahoo or similar) the message might get lost in my spam folder or go unnoticed. You do not have to request the total from me since the invoices will be created automatically by eBay (when you click on payment button you should be able to combine all items under single invoice). That's why I usually do not send invoices, but if I don't receive your payment in 2-3 days I will create and send you an invoice manually.

Shipping time: I usually ship all items on the same day or the next business day the payment is received. If I get too many orders on the same day it might take 2-3 business days to ship them all. I will send you a message when your package was shipped. While I do my best to ship fast I can't be responsible for the mail handling times by local or your postal services, so please keep this in mind when leaving detailed feedback. I always ship by air mail and it takes 5-10 days to Europe and 7-14 days to USA, Asia and Australia.

Shipping and handling charges: S/H is $1.95 to anywhere! To keep it simple I charge the same cost $1.95 for all packages, either for Europe, Austalia or USA. Also it does not matter whether you buy 1 or 100 items - the shipping cost per pacakge is still the same. You can combine several days or purchases under single payment and shipment. I realise that when you buy a $1 item the s/h cost for you will be relatively high, but if you buy dozens of items the s/h cost can be considered rather low. So please keep this in mind when leaving detailed feedback.

All items will be shipped by ordinary air mail (no tracking info). Insurance is not available, but I if needed, I can ship the items by registered mail and provide the tracking number. The extra charge for registered mail is $1.50. If you want your items shipped by registered mail contact me before sending payment.

Payment: I prefer to receive all payments by PayPal at this time. If you do not use PayPal, please contact me to discuss other payment methods.
