Bo is definitely the best all round workout. It gets your heart
pumping, but also concentrates on toning the core. I have graduated to
including hand weights and ankle weights in order to make the workouts
even more intense! You can also quite easily speed up the tempo - doing
2 punches when he does one, jogging when he walks etc. You never
outgrow Tae Bo! I take my dvd's everywhere! I went on holiday to Europe, and you guessed it, i had at least 10 dvds packed in my bag! They take surprisingly little room so you can even do it in a small hotel room. If you have a laptop or portable dvd player you are set to Tae Bo anywhere! It is my secret addiction - and a pretty healthy one I think! I am sure once you buy your first Tae Bo dvd you will never look back and you will definitely want them all!
