A: I don't know why the light doesn't work. I just put new batteries in it to see if that was the problem, and it still doesn't work.

 Q: Is clarity still good? You posted this item as "used" so I'm not worried about external scratches but would like to know if the optics are still "like new".
A: Optics are like new. As I noted in a prior question, if not completely satisfied I will accept a return within 14 days.

A: I have discovered that the light is not functional. The compass is functional and the vision is spectacular. I have never had any use for using the light as I only used them in daylight. I will accept a return in 14 days... Continue reading

A: We purchased them new in 1986. We used them on our sailboat until we sold our sailboat five years ago. We have no use for them now. They are fully functional.
