THE SECOND COVER SHOWS THE SAME DATE AND TIME. IT ALSO HAS A STAMP IN THE CENTER WHOCH APPEARS TO BE A 5 CENT ROOSEVELT OVER PRINTED WITH HAWAII AND THE DATE 1778-1928. IT WAS CANCELLED IN WICHITA. I HOPE THE PICTURES ARE HELPFUL. BUYER PAYS SHIPPING.
