 A CLASSIC from the American Architecture Series. Clapboard home with diamond patterned roof shingles has columned front porch and entry. The first floor has a large bay window. The second story rises to a gable with carved molding which is repeated on the two dormer windows over the porch.

THIS IS A MUST HAVE FOR ALL YOU SERIOUS SNOW VILLAGE COLLECTORS.

THIS PIECE IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF A SMALL CHIP ON THE SIDE OF THE ROOF.  FIRST TIME I LOOKED AT IT, COMPLETELY MISSED IT, AS I THOUGHT IT WAS A TOUCH OF SNOW ON THE ROOF. OTHER THEN THIS, THE PIECE IS CLEAN, AND LOOKS GREAT!

WILL COME IN IT'S ORIGINAL BOX WITH SLEEVE, AND LIGHT CORD.

 This is a STUNNING, HIGHLY SOUGHT AFTER,  RETIRED piece in the highly collectible Snow Village series from Department 56, with a LOW, LOW,  starting bid.
