SHIPPING:

Shipping is through USPS Express Mail mainly. Other shipping companies options are avalible at owners expense. Ebay policies require only overnight shipping! I have a very good arival rate with USPS and highly prefer them. Buyer pays a flat fee on shipping with only 2 dollars more per aution. If buying more then 1 auction wait for invoice to pay.  Live fish and dry goods cannot be shipped together. Im not responsible for any loss due to the post office. This is why we buy insurance. Shipping is date is your choice of monday, tuesday, or wednesday. When shipped USPS Express Mail they usually arive next day. Please ask me about shipping on any other days of the week. I will try to work with you and be able to get you the fish/goods on they day you like. Someone must be home to answer for fish. Fish will be shipped the monday after payment is cleared.

GUARANTEE:

All fish shipped overnight/nextday are guaranteed againts DOA (death on arrival). Shipping is not covered for DOA. Lost,stolen, damaged packages can be recovered through shipper. I must recieve, via email, a picture of the fish in an unopened bag 2 hours after arrival for refund. Please remember that these fish are alive and keeping them this way is our priority. If any problems I will try my hardest to be avalible to help as much as possible. Email with any problems if you are not 100% happy.

PACKING:

Profesional styro boxes and bags are used. Oxygen is used in all bags. Heat and cold packs are included in the flat rate cost. Fish are not fed for 2 days prior to shipping so the bags do not build up waste(fish poop) and cause DOA.

PAYMENT:

Paypal only. Payment must be recieved by wednesday to be shipped out the folowing monday(or day of your choice).

HOW TO ACLIMATE FISH:

After recieving fish and making sure they look good open the bag and place it floating in you fish tank. Add 1/2 cup of water from your tank every 10 minutes. After about 20-30 minutes add fish only and not water into the tank. It is important to watch the fish before and after this process. When they are all well come back to Ebay and leave some feedback!
