FABERGE RUBY-THROATED  HUMMINGBIRD PLATE BY FRANKLIN MINT

The Franklin  Mint certifies that Faberge Ruby-Throated Hummingbird is presented by the House of Faberge.

It is also certified that this heirloom collector plate is crafted of fine porcelain, bordered  nad individual hand-numbered in 24 karate gold and enhanced with four genuine crystals.  One crystal is missing.

This is a rare plate.  I could not find put one for $82.50 on the internet.
