Card is in mint and unplayed condition. It is an Ultra Rare subscription promo from Shonen Jump Magazine and for the Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG, 100% Tournament Legal. Unlike many cards, it was only available to people who subscribed to the magazine last year and is now currently out of print (and has not been reprinted). This is not one of those coin flip or grab bag auctions, you will get this card if you win this auction.
