Great, Classic Radio Only Alternative Rock Promo on Warner Bros. Words And Music!  Should We Talk About The Weather - Should We Talk About The Government is the double album by R.E.M..  It was released to radio stations only in 1988. These were designed for broadcast and were never released commercially. It is two records with each side being a 15 minute segment of music and interview, which all combined, made for a one hour radio special to go with the Green album. I'm starting it at a low minimum bid and no reserve. The cover is NM. There are no cut-out marks, stickers, split seams or writing.  The vinyl on both Lp's is NM. I don't see a mark on either one and to the best of my knowledge, it has never been played. It is a U.S. "Promotional Copy.
