I want to THANK EVERYONE for buying My Jerky! I have recieved some GREAT Feedback! I look forward to ALL my customers "New or Returning" I will always do my best to bring you the freshes product..

How this all started:  I am a stay at home mom of 3 kids, 2 Girls - 10, 4 and a Boy - 9months..I started making Jerky and few years ago after buying my husband a dehydrator for Christmas. I would make him Jerky to take to work and of course he would let everyone try it. Well it wasn't long before they started asking me to make them some and they would pay me. I figured - what a good idea. I am making it anyways and there eating it for free why not make some money. It is a expensive snack.  I winded up saving all my money I made that year and took my family to disney for a week.  It became a regular thing making and selling jerky at my husbands work.  I decided to sell it in July, 2007 at the local ballpark for Florida Babe Ruth Baseball tournament. I made 125pounds of Jerky that week and was worried I would never sell it all. The tournament started on Thursday and ran to Sunday..I started out slow with selling, but world of mouth traveled fast and I was sold out Friday afternoon..I sold over 500 snack bags at $3.00 a piece.  I decide to do it all over in July 2008, making 175pounds of meat and again was sold out Saturday afternoon. I don't think I could ever make enough for that tournament. SO - I have decided to bring my jerky to you!

WONDERING HOW IT'S MADE???

I first start with Bottom Round cut 1/8inch thick and buy this meat from my local store Publix.  There good to me and slice it for me.  I bring it home and CURE and SEASON this (In my own seasons) and let it marinate for 12 hours at least! I wake up EARLY and start drying this meat, so it can cool and ship SAME DAY it's dried!!

I can promise you my house is clean and I will NEVER cut corners on making this product for you. I will ALWAYS use CLEAN trays, counters, mixing bowls and wear gloves while I package this up!!

Just letting ya know - This is meat from a store, not a animal living in my yard!  I can promise you that this will ALWAYS be fresh!!  Please allow me 3days to ship this as I do make it as you order it!! Thanks
