This is the JVC SU-DH1 Surround Sound Headphone Adapter in mint condition. I used it about 3 times. It comes with a soft velvet case with draw string closure and the manual. For the winning bidder I will also throw in a 3 ft. optical cable, also in mint condition. The SU-DH1 takes 2 AA batteries. It's light, small and very portable.
