Courtland Dump Truck

For your bidding pleasure is an early Courtland tin wind-up dump truck, with functional dump. Lever on front of truck is pushed to activate dump mechanism; it is probably intended to dump when it bumps into something. Construction is of lithographed tin with an aluminum bed. Item measures about 7-1/2 inches (19 cm) long.

Note that one of front wheels is missing; this should be easy enough to replace. Otherwise item is in VERY FINE CONDITION. There are a few light scratches to lithographed surfaces. No dents. Wind-up motor is strong. Dump is operational.

NOTE that I have several items from the estate of a gentleman who collected and repaired cast iron toys. Take a look, and I will do my best to provide a shipping discount for multiple purchases.
