These beds have to travel a long way and, unfortunately, sometimes damage is incurred.  All items are insured through Fedex at no extra cost.  In the event that your item is damaged please let us know within 3 days so that we can file a claim with Fedex and replace the broken part. 

Returns are permitted for items that have not been assembled and are in the original packaging.  Credit will be issued for the cost of goods less a 25% restocking fee.  Customer is responsible for return shipping.
