These beds have to travel a long way and, unfortunately, sometimes damage is incurred.  All items are insured with Fedex.  In the event that your item is damaged please let me know within 3 days so that I can file a claim with Fedex and replace the broken part.

Returns are accepted for items that have not been assembled and are in the original packaging.  Credit will be issued for the purchase price less a 25% restocking fee.  Customer is responsible for return shipping.
