If an item comes damaged, and you are not present for delivery, I will REPLACE the item free of charge if I am notified within 3 days of your receipt of the item.  The new replacement item will not be sent out until the damaged item is received back.  No refunds will be given on damaged items, only a replacement at no cost to you.  I will replace any damaged or missing pieces if reported to me within 7 days of delivery.  Missing parts must be ordered from the manufacturer.
