Personalized Unity Wedding Candle - Customize Monogram

If you would like your picture added to your candle, you can mail or email the picture to us. The only requirement for emailing a picture or image is that it is scanned at 300dpi or higher and saved in JPEG format.

Our Policy and Terms:

Shipping and Handling Cost: We take pride in shipping your items with care. We try to estimate the shipping weight as close as possible. The weight on the candle sets are different due to the wax density and packing material changes the weight on every set also. Shipping supplies are very costly. We wrap each candle in an insulated sheet and bubble wrap and pack the box as tightly as possible. In order to keep the cost of your candle set down, we charge a handling charge of $2.50 to help cover the cost of shipping supplies. The handling charge is included in your shipping cost. Also, Shipping Insurance is Required.

Time Frame: It is hard to give a time frame since it takes both you and I to complete the ordering. I try to respond to all emails within 24 hours. I try to email your draft layout within 24 hours of receiving your order information. I usually take one day a week off and holidays, so some times it may take longer than 24 hours. Once you confirm your order, I will start on making your candles and can usually ship within 5 business day of confirmation. If you do not hear from me within the time frame I might not of received your email. Please email me through ebays messages.  

Placing your order:    Once you purchase your candle or candle set, we will email you our order form. You can fill out the order form and email it back. Once we receive your order form, we will email a draft layout for your approval. You can review your order and make corrections before confirming your order. Once you approve your draft layout, we will complete the order and ship it out to you as promptly as possible. We strive to complete your order and ship it as soon as possible, your cooperation is needed and appreciated in order for us to do this.

Shipping and Rush Order Notification: I use online shipping, so you should receive an email through the online shipping service when your item has been shipped. If you need a rush order, please email me prior to purchasing and I will let you know if I will be able to do a rush order. The only requirement for rush orders are that you purchase priority or express mail shipping.

Shipping Delays and Insurance: We are not responsible for shipping delays as we have no control over the delivery time for USPS or UPS. So please try to order your candles at least 20 days prior to the date you need the candle. Shipping insurance is Required and collection of the insurance is the sole responsibility of the customer.

Color Matching: Sorry but we are not able to match colors. Please keep in mind when ordering that font and image colors are lighter shades then the ribbon color. Colors vary from product to product so Our colors and color shades may not match colors from other products you have purchased. Also the actual color on the candles may not be the same color that shows on the computer. Different computer monitors have different colors and color shades. Please read color tips below.
