with a *1.07 GHz  or a 1.2 GHz processor

14 inch iBook G4

with a *1.07 GHz, a 1.2 GHz, or a 1.33 GHz processor

*PLEASE NOTE:  The 1.07GHz iBook's MUST HAVE BEEN SHIPPED from Apple with 256MB of Original RAM soldered on the Logic Board.  These were the second generation of 1 GHz iBook G4's that Apple made.  If you have the First Generation iBook G4 that only has 128MB of original RAM soldered on the Logic Board.
DO NOT PURCHASE THIS ITEM.  Any additional RAM added later does not matter.

A: Yes this will upgrade to 10.4....OS 9 Classic mode will have to be reinstalled. You will not be able to Boot into OS 9 as 10.4 will not allow you to do that but all your OS 9 items will work.
