If item is delivered damaged, you must refuse delivery if you are present during delivery.  If an item comes damaged, and you are not present for delivery, I will REPLACE the item free of charge if I am notified within 3 days of your receipt of the item.  The new replacement item will not be sent out until the damaged item is received back.  No refunds will be given on damaged items, only a replacement at no cost to you.  I will replace any damaged or missing pieces if reported to me within 7 days of delivery.  Missing parts must be ordered from the manufacturer.  Therefore, I reserve the right to request a replacement of the item if I feel it will be quicker than ordering replacement parts.  If, for any reason, you want to return an item for a refund, return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.  Occasionally, especially for larger items, I can help with arranging the return shipping of item.  If this is the case, I will pay for the return shipping costs and your refund will be minus the shipping costs you paid for the original shipment.  You MUST contact me before sending any items back for a replacement or a refund.  This is required in order to get you a return authorization number.
